All five UCD libraries are now open. Access is limited in-campus. Online services are always available. Students who wish to sit and study must book a seat online and in advance using our booking system. Those who wish to come in and browse and borrow (but not study) do not need to book. Provides support for all students throughout their time at UCD and each programme has a dedicated Student Adviser. Please make contact when a student is in need of support, advice or is facing a University process and needs support. Student Advisers can also help if a student is in need of financial aid. All services are being maintained online. On-site attendance only when essential.
Provides psychological support for students when personal issues arise which affect their mental health, and their capacity to cope. The counselling service provides confidential consultations to students, and for staff who are concerned about students wellbeing.
The Student Desk are here to help you with any questions that you might have. Whether you are a student (current, former, or prospective), parent, third party or staff member, they will do their best to find the answers that you are looking for. All services have moved online. On-site attendance is only accommodated when essential. Email, Phone and 'Chat' services available readily.

Provides information for students and staff about Student Complaints, Assessment Appeals, Student Conduct and the University's procedures for addressing concerns raised about a student's capacity to continue in their programme of study.
